Hello Everyone,
 
Its time to start off the new year and get rolling. But first I must apologize. The last few months extremely busy and with reduction in staffing I found myself out of the office more then I cared too. But I placed a lot more on the back burner as my mom was diagnosed with Cancer taking a real toll on her, my family and me. However, this is a new year and a new decade so there is only room to improve from here so lets get started!
 
I would like to plan for a ITV meeting next Friday. Pam I believe you said you could help with that set up. Please let me know if I am mistaken. If the day works for everyone we will just need to settle on a time.
 
As for the Agenda:
 
1. New Members
2. Setting Meetings
3. Location of the Summer Conference
4. Division of duties
 
Lastly, I email the names of potential board members and have received little response. To be exact 1 person. If you would please try contacting those you may have suggested and have them be in touch with me if still interested.
