Hi all,

We have a meeting this Friday at 10am via ITC.  Please see below and talk with your IT folk.  Here are the details.

I have been working with my SU contact (Evan Bornzin) to get everything organized.  See below for your institution and the status of the invite to our meeting and his directions.

If you would like to come to Seattle University for the meeting instead, we will be meeting in Engineering building (#24 on map) Room # 532 (fifth floor) at 10am.

On-campus parking is TIGHT!!!!  I would predict all spots will be filled at 10am, but you could try.  It does cost and there are pay stations (like the ones on the Seattle streets).  It will be $10.  If you find free street parking... Take it! :)

Video Conference Status:

*Seattle U, Renton, Gonzaga, and CWU Ellensburg have all confirmed.

*Eastern Washington was not invited per your request.

*City University is not part of K-20 so I wasn't able to invite them.  If you can find me a technical contact for them I can arrange for them to call into the K-20 bridge.

*Still waiting on confirmation from the other sites, so you may want to check with your contacts there and see how they plan to connect.
